Jeffrey Cochran has over 30 years of diverse civil/environmental engineering experience including planning, design, and construction; surface water hydrology and hydraulics; hazardous and toxic waste investigation and remediation; solid waste management, site/land development; and, other related expertise. He has participated in preparing preliminary engineering reports, plans and specifications for water and sewage systems and treatment facilities, water distribution systems, and has performed inspection of new water and wastewater systems.
